Darren is the Boss, so he thinks :-)  He manages the clinic and day-to-day business, such as keeping the finances in order and communicating with insurance carriers for the benefit of the providers and patients.  Darren is the main point of contact for concerns relating to patient billing for all the providers on hand.  His main focus is to keep the MWPR machine running as smooth as possible.  You will find him on a variety of rivers, as well as multiple ski hills throughout the state or local breweries  He is a long time avid fly fisherman and a Telemark skier, so don’t be shy if you see him out, pull him aside and say Hi!
