PSYCHEDELIC ASSISTED THERAPIES
Ketamine and Spravato
We are passionate about providing innovative mental health treatments that truly make a difference. Our Spravato and ketamine treatment options offer hope for individuals struggling with treatment-resistant depression and other mental health challenges.
What is Ketamine?
Ketamine is an anesthetic that's gained a lot of attention for its remarkable antidepressant effects, especially for those with treatment-resistant depression. Research shows that it works by blocking NMDA receptors in the brain, leading to increased levels of glutamate, which helps promote synaptic connectivity. This can result in a quick and significant improvement in mood. Ketamine can be administered in various forms, including intravenous (IV) infusion, intranasal spray, and lozenge.
What is Spravato?
Spravato (esketamine) is a nasal spray that’s been approved by the FDA for treating treatment-resistant depression. It's typically used alongside an oral antidepressant. Spravato acts similarly to ketamine but has its own unique pharmacological profile.
Conditions Treated
Our Spravato and ketamine therapies are effective for a range of mental health conditions, including:
-
Treatment-resistant depression
-
Anxiety disorders
-
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
The Treatment Process

Your journey starts with a comprehensive evaluation during your first visit. Our experienced team is here to listen to your needs and discuss the treatment options that might work best for you.
Treatment Sessions
We conduct each treatment session in a safe and comfortable environment. Because of their effects, both Spravato and ketamine require monitoring in a healthcare setting to ensure that you're safe and receiving the best possible care. The frequency and duration of your sessions will be tailored specifically to your individual needs.
Integration Sessions
Following your treatment sessions, integration sessions are designed to help you process and incorporate your experiences into your daily life. These sessions provide a supportive space to discuss your feelings, insights, and any challenges you may encounter. Ongoing support and monitoring are key to your well-being, and our team will work closely with you to ensure the best possible outcomes throughout your treatment journey.

Our Commitment to Innovative Treatments
We are dedicated to exploring and implementing new treatment modalities in mental health care as they arise. We are actively engaged in researching and training in other psychedelic-assisted treatment approaches, including psilocybin. As interest in these innovative treatments grows, we are preparing to offer such options should this become legal in Montana.
