Robin is passionate about treating mental health disorders through a combination of pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions. She specializes in managing a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, panic disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar and mood disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and schizophrenia. Robin takes a holistic approach to support her clients in achieving their best possible functioning. Her method includes educating clients on healthy lifestyles, coping mechanisms, and how to access valuable community resources.
Robin’s experience spans various mental health settings across Montana, including Shodair Children’s Hospital, Montana State Hospital, St. Peter’s Behavioral Health Unit, and the Montana Department of Corrections. This diverse background has provided her with extensive expertise in treating clients from different cultural backgrounds and across all stages of life.
Robin Becker earned her Bachelor of Arts in Nursing from Carroll College in 2007 and spent eight years working as a psychiatric registered nurse (RN). During her time in this role, she recognized the urgent need for improved access to quality mental health services in Montana. Motivated by this need, she returned to school and obtained her Master of Nursing degree from Montana State University in 2015. Since then, Robin has been practicing in Butte, joining Mountain West Psychological Resources (MWPR) in 2018.
